卫星测速用户协议

1. 协议范围
本协议适用于 Mr Han（以下简称“我们”）提供的卫星测速 1.0.0 及其桌面服务卡片，说明应用的使用条件、功能范围和双方权利。请在使用前阅读本协议及隐私政策。应用中的位置权限与敏感个人信息同意另行取得，阅读本协议不代表您已授予位置权限。
2. 功能与费用
应用根据设备 GNSS 定位信息展示实时速度、本次距离、时长、平均和最高速度、速度趋势、海拔、定位精度及设备支持的卫星状态，支持桌面服务卡片、中英文界面和独立一小时演示。当前版本免费，无内购、订阅或广告，无需注册账号。设备联网、通信等费用由您与相关服务提供者的约定决定。未来若提供付费功能，会在使用前明确说明并取得所需确认。
3. 位置权限、后台与卡片
真实测速需要您主动开始并授予位置权限。开始测速后，应用会申请系统可见的后台定位任务。系统允许且会话未暂停、进程未结束时，回到桌面仍可继续测速和更新卡片。暂停、撤销权限、结束系统后台任务或应用进程可停止位置处理。系统、电量和权限设置可能限制运行；卡片在未继续测速时可能保留最近数据及更新时间，请结合显示状态判断。拒绝位置权限仍可使用设置、查看隐私政策和使用演示。
4. 测速结果与安全使用
定位信号、环境、设备能力和系统调度会影响速度、距离与刷新频率。应用展示的数据供日常参考，不能代替法定计量、专业检测或车辆自带仪表，也不提供紧急救援或导航服务。请遵守交通规则，在安全停留时操作应用；驾驶、骑行及其他需集中注意力的活动中，请勿进行会分散注意力的操作。演示数据为模拟数据。
5. 隐私与反馈
位置和测速信息仅在本机处理，具体信息类型、用途、保存期限、后台行为和您的权利以隐私政策为准。应用不向开发者上传位置或测速记录。您主动通过电子邮件反馈时，邮件服务提供者会按其规则处理邮件，我们会处理您自愿发送的问题描述和联系方式以回复请求；请避免发送与问题无关的敏感信息。联系邮箱：2683326280@qq.com。
6. 合理使用与知识产权
您可在合法用途下使用应用。请勿利用应用实施违法活动、侵犯他人权益或破坏系统安全。应用代码、界面和其他受法律保护的内容，其权利归相应权利人所有；法律允许的使用、研究和互操作行为不受本条不当限制。用户对依法属于自己的信息享有相应权利。
7. 更新、卸载与外部服务
我们可能提供功能改进、兼容性或安全更新，并对影响使用的重要变化作出说明。您可停止使用或卸载应用；卸载会按系统规则删除应用私有数据。主动选择应用市场评分时，由系统打开市场详情页；市场账号、评分及网络服务适用应用市场的相关规则。系统定位和服务卡片能力由设备系统提供。
8. 未成年人
未成年人应在监护人指导下使用应用。未满十四周岁的儿童使用真实测速前，应由监护人阅读隐私政策并同意相关位置处理；监护人可通过撤销权限、停止测速及清除应用数据停止处理。
9. 责任与争议处理
我们依法承担提供应用所应承担的责任。本协议不排除或限制法律规定的消费者权利，也不免除因故意或重大过失造成损害等依法不得免除的责任。对功能或使用有疑问，请先通过联系邮箱与我们沟通。协商未能解决的争议，按适用法律向有管辖权的人民法院或其他依法有权处理的机构寻求解决。
10. 协议变更与联系
协议更新会标注日期。涉及使用条件或权利义务的重要变化，会按适用要求提供说明；依法需要同意的，将另行取得同意。条款部分无效不影响其他有效条款及您的法定权利。开发者：Mr Han。联系邮箱：2683326280@qq.com。

This agreement applies to Satellite Speed 1.0.0 and its home-screen widgets, provided by Mr Han ("we"). It explains the conditions of use, feature scope and each party's rights. Please read this agreement and the privacy policy before use. Location permission and consent to sensitive personal information processing are requested separately; reading this agreement does not grant location permission.
2. Features and charges
The app uses device GNSS positioning to display current speed, session distance and duration, average and top speed, speed trends, altitude, location accuracy and satellite status supported by the device. It includes home-screen widgets, Chinese and English interfaces and a separate one-hour demo. This version is free, with no in-app purchases, subscriptions or ads, and requires no account. Network or communication charges depend on your arrangements with the relevant providers. Any future paid feature will be clearly explained before use and require appropriate confirmation.
3. Location, background execution and widgets
Real measurement requires you to start measuring and grant location permission. The app then requests a system-visible background location task. Measurement and widget updates can continue on the home screen while permitted by the system, the session is active and the app process remains alive. Pause, revoke permission, end the system background task or end the app process to stop location processing. System, power and permission settings may limit execution. When measurement stops, widgets may keep the latest data and update time; check their displayed status. Settings, the privacy policy and demo remain available without location permission.
4. Results and safe use
Signal, environment, device capability and system scheduling affect speed, distance and refresh frequency. Measurements are for everyday reference and do not replace legally required measurement, professional testing or vehicle instruments. The app does not provide emergency rescue or navigation services. Follow traffic rules and operate the app only when safely stationary. Avoid distracting interaction while driving, cycling or performing activities requiring attention. Demo values are simulated.
5. Privacy and feedback
Location and measurement data are processed only on your device. The privacy policy explains the information types, purposes, retention, background behavior and your rights. The app does not upload location or measurement records to the developer. If you choose to send email feedback, your email provider processes the message under its own rules, and we process the issue description and contact details you voluntarily send to respond. 6. Appropriate use and intellectual property
Use the app for lawful purposes. Do not use it for illegal activity, infringement of others' rights or interference with system security. Rights in protected code, interface elements and other content belong to the relevant rights holders. This clause does not improperly restrict uses, research or interoperability permitted by law. Users retain applicable rights in information that lawfully belongs to them.
7. Updates, uninstalling and external services
We may provide feature, compatibility or security updates and explain material changes affecting use. You may stop using or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes private app data according to system rules. If you choose to rate the app, the system opens its market listing; market accounts, ratings and network services are governed by the market's relevant rules. Device systems provide positioning and widget capabilities.
8. Minors
Minors should use the app with guardian guidance. Before a child under 14 uses real measurement, a guardian should read the privacy policy and agree to the relevant location processing. Guardians can stop processing by revoking permission, stopping measurement and clearing app data.
9. Responsibility and disputes
We bear the responsibilities required by applicable law in providing the app. This agreement does not exclude or limit statutory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including damage caused by intent or gross negligence. Contact us first with questions about features or use. If discussion does not resolve a dispute, seek resolution under applicable law through a competent court or other legally authorized body.
10. Changes and contact
Updates to this agreement will show a date. Material changes to conditions of use, rights or duties will be explained as required; additional consent will be requested where legally necessary.
