1. 适用范围与开发者
本隐私政策适用于由 Mr Han（以下简称“我们”）提供的卫星测速及其桌面服务卡片。本应用根据设备的卫星定位信息展示速度和本次运动统计。我们尊重您的隐私，仅处理提供这些功能所必需的信息。隐私联系邮箱：2683326280@qq.com。请在使用真实测速前阅读本政策。
2. 位置权限与信息用途
仅在您点按开始或继续测速时，应用申请大致位置和精确位置权限，并通过 HarmonyOS 定位接口接收经纬度、速度、海拔、水平精度、定位时间以及设备支持的卫星状态。以上信息用于计算和显示实时速度、平均及最高速度、距离、时长和速度趋势。精确位置属于敏感个人信息；如拒绝授权，真实测速不可用，但仍可查看设置、隐私政策及使用演示。您可以随时撤销权限。
3. 本机处理与保存期限
位置样本、本次测速统计和最近 40 秒的速度趋势仅在应用内存中处理。经纬度不会写入持久存储；结束应用进程后内存中的会话记录清除。速度单位、语言偏好、隐私提示确认状态和桌面卡片标识及卡片所需的最近速度、卫星数、趋势及更新时间保存于应用私有的本机存储，直至被后续记录覆盖、您清除应用数据或卸载应用。重新记录会清空本次统计并更新卡片。我们不保存行程轨迹或长期测速历史。
4. 后台、桌面卡片与演示
您主动开始测速后，应用申请 HarmonyOS 的后台定位长时任务，并由系统显示运行通知；测速会话在前台和后台均可接收位置更新。回到桌面或查看卡片时，只要会话未暂停、进程未结束且系统允许运行，应用继续测速，并按约一秒间隔向桌面卡片发送最近速度、卫星数、趋势和更新时间。系统、电量或权限设置可能限制后台运行或卡片刷新。您可在应用中暂停测速、通过系统结束后台任务、撤销位置权限或结束应用进程来停止采集。无法启动后台任务时，离开前台会暂停定位。演示仅生成模拟数据，一小时后结束，不申请位置权限，不写入实测统计或桌面卡片；退出演示可恢复此前的实测会话。
5. 上传、共享与外部服务
本应用不要求注册账号，不接入广告或第三方分析 SDK，不向开发者服务器上传位置及测速数据，也不出售或向第三方提供这些数据。设备定位与卡片运行由 HarmonyOS 系统提供，其自身信息处理适用华为的相应说明。仅当您主动点按应用市场评分按钮时，应用调用系统能力打开本应用的市场详情页，并向市场传递本应用的包名，不传递您的坐标或测速记录。市场中的账号、评分和网络请求由应用市场处理，适用其隐私政策。
6. 您的选择与权利
您可在应用中查看本次数据、暂停测速或重新记录；在设备“设置—应用—卫星测速—权限”中撤销位置权限；通过系统的应用存储管理清除数据或卸载应用，删除保存的本机信息。撤销授权不影响撤销前已进行的处理，但之后无法继续真实测速。应用未将您的位置或测速信息保存于开发者服务器，因此无需向开发者申请删除服务器上的测速记录。如对信息处理有疑问，可通过下述联系方式提出访问、更正、删除或撤回同意等请求。
7. 信息安全
本应用使用系统权限机制和应用私有存储限制信息访问，并仅在功能所需范围内处理数据。请妥善保护设备和系统账号，及时安装安全更新。任何设备和软件均无法保证绝对安全；如发生与本应用有关的信息安全事件，我们将根据适用要求采取处理和告知措施。
8. 未成年人
未成年人应在监护人指导下使用本应用。未满十四周岁的儿童应在监护人了解本政策并同意位置权限后使用真实测速。本应用不建立用户账号，不按年龄建立档案，也不向开发者上传儿童的位置记录。如监护人希望停止处理，可撤销权限并清除应用数据。
9. 政策更新
本政策的更新及生效日期标注于页面顶部。如后续版本改变信息用途、保存方式或共享范围，我们会更新本政策；涉及需另行同意的信息处理时，将在相关处理开始前向您说明并征得所需同意。

1. Scope and developer
This policy applies to Satellite Speed and its home screen widgets, provided by Mr Han (“we”). The app uses device positioning information to display speed and session statistics. We process only information needed for these features. Privacy contact: 2683326280@qq.com. Please read this policy before using real measurement.
2. Location permission and use
Only when you tap Start or Resume does the app request approximate and precise location permission. HarmonyOS location APIs supply coordinates, speed, altitude, accuracy, sample time and supported satellite status. These are used to display speed, average and top speed, distance, duration and trends. Precise location is sensitive personal information. Without permission, real measurement is unavailable; settings, this policy and demo mode remain available. You may revoke permission at any time.
3. On-device processing and retention
Location samples, session statistics and the last 40 seconds of speed trends are processed in app memory. Coordinates are not written to persistent storage; the session is cleared when the app process ends. Unit and language preferences, along with widget identifiers and the widget’s last speed, satellite count, trend and update time, are stored in private on-device app storage until replaced, app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Reset clears the current session and updates the widget. We do not retain routes or long-term measurement history.
4. Background, widgets and demo
When you start measuring, the app requests a HarmonyOS continuous background location task with a system notification. The session can receive location updates in the foreground and background. On your home screen, measurement continues while the session is active, the process remains alive and the system permits it. The app sends the latest speed, satellite count, trend and time to widgets approximately once per second. System, power or permission settings may limit background execution or widget refresh. Stop collection by pausing in the app, ending the system background task, revoking location permission or ending the app process. If the background task cannot start, location pauses when the app leaves the foreground. Demo generates simulated data, ends after one hour, requests no location permission and does not write to real statistics or widgets. Leaving demo may resume your previous real session.
5. Uploads, sharing and external services
The app requires no account, contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs, and does not upload location or measurements to developer servers, sell them or provide them to third parties. HarmonyOS provides positioning and widget services under Huawei’s relevant policies. Only when you tap Rate in AppGallery does the app open its market listing and provide its package name; no coordinates or measurements are passed. AppGallery handles accounts, reviews and network requests under its own privacy policy.
6. Your choices and rights
You can view your session, pause measurement or reset the session in the app. Revoke location permission in the device’s app permission settings. Clear app data through system storage management or uninstall the app to remove saved local information. Revoking permission does not affect prior processing but prevents further real measurement. No measurements are stored on developer servers, so there are no server-side measurement records to delete. Contact us as described below for questions or requests concerning access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent.
7. Information security
The app uses system permissions and private app storage to limit access and processes data only as needed for its features. Protect your device and system account and install security updates. No device or software can guarantee absolute security. If an information security incident related to this app occurs, we will take appropriate action and provide notice as required.
8. Minors
Minors should use this app with guardian guidance. Children under 14 should use real measurement only after a guardian has reviewed this policy and agreed to location permission. The app creates no accounts or age profiles and uploads no children’s location records to the developer. Guardians can stop processing by revoking permission and clearing app data.
9. Policy changes
The updated and effective date appears above. If a future version changes information purposes, storage or sharing, we will update this policy. Where additional consent is required, we will explain the change and obtain that consent before starting the relevant processing.
